Known for her leadership and determination, Bainbridge has made the bold decision to take a break from her promising law career to focus on her rugby career, inspiring future generations of female athletes to follow their dreams.

Bainbridge began her rugby journey at Sandal RUFC and Yorkshire Under-18s, where she captained the team before moving on to the Premiership with Leicester Tigers after representing both DMP Sharks and Wasps Women previously. Internationally, she has earned recognition in the England Under-20s setup. Her decision to prioritise rugby reflects her unwavering commitment to the sport and her ambition to create opportunities for young women in rugby.
